RYZR ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Profile and fitness data: Age, sex, height, weight, fitness level, injuries, training goals, available equipment, and workout schedule you provide during onboarding.
• Workout data: Exercises performed, sets, reps, weights, form scores, and session history.
• Health data (with your permission): If you choose to connect Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), RYZR reads your step count and body weight. This access is read-only, is granted by you through the system permission prompt, and can be revoked at any time. See the "Apple Health & Health Connect" section below.
• Camera and images: When you use Form Coach, still frames from your device camera are captured and sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for real-time form analysis. These images are not stored by us and are processed solely to generate coaching feedback.
• Payment information: Subscription and purchase data is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.
• Device information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens for delivering your daily coaching messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized AI workout plans tailored to your goals, schedule, and physical condition.
• To provide real-time form coaching feedback via your device camera.
• To read your step count and body weight from Apple Health or Health Connect (only with your permission) to personalize your training and display your progress.
• To send you daily motivational affirmations via push notification (you can disable these in your device settings at any time).
• To track your workout progress, streaks, and personal records.
• To manage your subscription and process purchases.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app.

3. Camera and Microphone

Form Coach uses your device's camera to capture still images for AI form analysis. Microphone access is used for voice coaching feedback. Camera frames sent for analysis are processed by Anthropic's API and are not retained or stored by RYZR or Anthropic beyond the duration of the API request. Video is never recorded or transmitted — only still images at intervals during an active Form Coach session.

4. Apple Health & Health Connect

RYZR can optionally read health data from Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS and Health Connect on Android. With your explicit permission, we read two read-only data types: your step count and your body weight. We use this information solely to personalize your training plans and show your progress inside the app.

RYZR never writes data to Apple Health or Health Connect, and connecting them is entirely optional — the app works without it. Health data obtained through Apple Health or Health Connect is not used for advertising or marketing, is not sold or shared with or disclosed to third parties, and is not used for any purpose other than providing the features described above. Our access to and use of Apple Health data complies with Apple's HealthKit requirements. You can grant or revoke this access at any time in your device's Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — user authentication and data storage (supabase.com/privacy)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI workout plan generation and form analysis (anthropic.com/privacy)
• RevenueCat — subscription management (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• Apple / Google — payment processing and app distribution

Health data read from Apple Health or Health Connect is processed on your device and is never transmitted to these third-party services.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

RYZR is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Push Notifications

We may send you daily motivational messages via push notification. You can opt out at any time through your device's notification settings or within the RYZR app.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of RYZR after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
